Client: This client is an American global sports equipment manufacturing company that designs, manufactures and sells golf equipment and apparel.

Challenge: Our Recruitment and Placement Solutions (RPS) and onsite teams were already supporting this client at their main location. Based on our teams’ success at that location, the client wanted our help with two other locations struggling to find candidates with a variety of roles including inventory control, production and distribution positions as well as many specialized operational positions.

The client had a need for Inside Sales Account Representatives to act as the first line of contact for service requests. We developed an aggressive focus on sourcing the most qualified candidates.
