Tips on how to safely bring back your workforce

Organizations across the country are navigating new rules and regulations regarding shelter-in-place orders with slow re-openings of non-essential businesses. As states across the country begin opening, employers are faced with the complicated question of “how do I safely bring my teams back to work?”

While local and state governments provide guidance around social distancing, cleaning protocols and other safety measures, a recent article from Forrester provided some sample guidelines on how to effectively navigate this new normal of bringing back our workforces—in the safest way possible.

The Forrester article talks about two sets of pandemic management protocols: bringing employees back into a common environment and managing the physical work spaces as employees return in staggered stages. Below are two graphics for each protocol:
