At the HRO Today Forum in Las Vegas, NV, HRO Today announced the 2011 Baker’s Dozen for Managed Service Providers (MSP). We were ranked the #1 MSP on this elite list of the top 13 MSP providers in the industry.

We are honored by this achievement because of what it says about the strength of our client partnerships and our service teams. The Baker’s Dozen rankings are based on survey results from current buyers of MSP services and stress quality of service as the most important dimension in overall ranking. Top position on the MSP Baker’s Dozen is so prized because of its emphasis on customer experience, rather than total spend under management, as the most important measure of quality. This was not the only reason for pride last week. In addition to being at the HRO Today Forum to hear the announcement in person, I had the privilege of listening to two of our valued international clients present case studies on our MSP programs. Listening to our clients speak to the value of our partnership and use words such as “mutuality”, “confidence” and “trust” as they described our work together was a rewarding and humbling experience – a highlight of my tenure with Staff Management | SMX.

To celebrate last week’s exceptional accomplishments, myself and the leadership team have made arrangements for every member of the Staff Management | SMX teams to receive an additional 16 hours of personal time this year. We hope that each and every one of the people who work so hard to provide our clients with the highest level of service possible will enjoy their time off and take a moment to reflect on their accomplishments.

While we are celebrating this win as a company, we intend to redouble our efforts to ensure that we continue to offer our clients the highest level of service in the industry. In follow-up to the Baker’s Dozen rankings, we will launch an initiative to gauge our value proposition across all of our service lines and to identify opportunities for improvement as we strive to build sustainable value for our clients.
