Client: This client is a leading provider of healthcare support and public health solutions. They are currently providing vaccine coordination, contact tracing, monitoring and lab results in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Challenge: The client came to our Recruitment and Placement Solutions (RPS) team with an urgent need for bilingual call center agents. They were helping the state of New Jersey schedule vaccine appointments and due to regulations, were required to provide both English and Spanish speaking call center representations. The project entailed hiring 200 agents and supervisors. The client’s internal recruitment resources were only able to find English speaking associates and needed RPS to help quickly recruit bilingual agents. In addition, all of these call center representatives would be remote and required to provide their own equipment.
