February 3, 2020 Casey Nighbor

Staff Management | SMX’s team at the United Pet Group site in Missouri hosted a local organization that helps special needs high school students gain work experience in a manufacturing setting.

Since forming our partnership with the Center for Head Injury Services and the Special School District of St. Louis County, over 15 students have gone through the program with 3 being hired on full time afterwards.

Check out our case study to learn more about how we have helped special needs high school students transition to adulthood.
