Staff Management | SMX Wins HRO Today Association Award for Innovation in HR Technology

Nov. 18, 2020 – Staff Management | SMX, a leader in the staffing industry, was honored as a winner of a 2020 HRO Today Association Award in the Innovation in HR Technology category for its Stafftrack® solution, a proprietary hiring and workforce management tool that helps companies hire faster and more precisely, while also connecting and engaging with our workers.

Stafftrack® released a new mobile app for workers this year and served as the engine for Staff Management | SMX’s drive-thru hiring events, which have helped people across five states apply for jobs, interview safely and often get hired on the spot. Applicants could complete applications online using the Stafftrack® mobile solution before driving to the site. They parked and interviewed through an open window or outside with proper social distancing and masks. The recruiting team also wore masks and used hand sanitizer and disinfectant spray. The events focused on essential businesses and areas hard hit by unemployment.

The HRO Today Association received more than 100 nominations across its 12 categories. This is the first time Staff Management | SMX has won the award.
