This is typically a browser issue. Safari and Chrome have an embedded PDF readers that will allow you to view the PDFs, but not submit forms with changes. Click on the top of the PDF, under 'requirements', and follow the steps to disable the embedded PDF reader. We also suggest that you use Internet Explorer while applying for jobs. Because of the detailed information that is needed during the application process, currently only the registration process is available in a mobile format. I'm filling out an application online & I noticed that your company runs background checks, I have a crime on my record. Will that disqualify me?
We cannot make a hiring decision simply based on the information you disclose. We follow all guidelines provided by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). We will run the background check and review the completed report before making any hiring decisions.
I don't feel comfortable doing my paperwork electronically. What are my other options?
