Staff Management | SMX utilizes a blended learning approach consisting of live classroom instruction, live virtual classroom instruction, self-directed e-learning courses, on-the-job training, training manuals, training documents and development plans. Each employee’s learning plan is managed through our virtual university called Think.

Learning Management System
Think Virtual University, Staff Management | SMX's Learning Management System, is a virtual, learning resource that brings a wide variety of career-enhancing courses to managers and employees in an easy-to-use online format, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Think courses are delivered to employees through three different mediums: recorded sessions, web- based live sessions and reference materials.

Think hosts more than 300 topics and can be accessed remotely or on-site for the convenience of the employee. Courses and learning plans are tracked for each employee and progress is monitored. Think courses are taught by Subject Matter Experts (SME) throughout the organization. A Staff Management | SMX Training Curriculum is completed to plan each student's training schedule, with employees enrolled in their training on their first day.

The Training Department and each employee's individual Manager monitor the annual Training Curriculum to ensure program completion at several intervals. Employee’s graduate from Staff Management | SMX’s New Hire Training Program by successfully completing assignments required at different time intervals and for each position.
