Our goal is for our workforce and our best-in-class supplier network to mirror the rich diversity of our clients and the communities that we serve. At Staff Management | SMX we know that with diversity comes new opportunities and that together, we excel.

We are proud of our success in facilitating successful Diversity Supplier Programs for our clients. Overall, 18% of the vendors we work with are Minority, Women, Disabled, Veteran Enterprise (MWDVE) certified. On a client-by-client basis, our use of diversity supplier firms is guided by our client’s overall usage goals. We have proven our ability to drive real improvement in this area from a supplier relationship standpoint and as a percentage of client spend. For one of our clients, we are currently sourcing 25% of their over $100M in spend through diversity supplier partners.

Staff Management | SMX works with each of our clients to understand their diversity goals and will attract and negotiate relationships with diversity suppliers and provide them with preferred tiering status as their geography and expertise allows. We work with our clients to understand their existing diversity supplier network as well as to draw upon our strong network of diverse suppliers.

Staff Management | SMX tracks and reports on diversity supplier spend through a Vendor Management System (VMS). This will allow Staff Management | SMX and our client to monitor, in real-time, the attainment of diversity goals. Diverse suppliers can also be identified on preferred supplier lists so that users can easily and quickly distribute requisitions to diverse suppliers.
