Suppliers are able to track their work via our Vendor Management System (VMS) and benchmark against other suppliers to gain an understanding of how to improve service levels. In addition, having their information in the system exposes them to other hiring managers and departments within the organization. This specifically provides small vendors with an opportunity to get more opportunities at a low cost of acquisition.
