Our recruitment process was designed to meet the needs of high-volume users of temporary workers, ensuring that your positions will always be filled whether you are filling one critical high-skilled position or ramping from zero to hundreds, or even thousands, of associates in just weeks.Precision Recruiting Our thorough analysis of your positions, customized behavioral interview guides, candidate targeting and continual refinement of your recruitment plan yield the optimal workforce available to staff your operation. Recruiting results are tracked and managed in order to make a better hire, faster. We call this approach Precision Recruiting – we do not draw from a pool of people and place them with various clients. Rather, we recruit to meet the specific needs of each client and positions to be filled. Recruiting Response Our precision recruiting process utilizes proprietary software and a state-of-the-art Recruitment Response Center to manage recruitment responses efficiently. Our Recruitment Response Center is operated by our PeopleScout division. PeopleScout is the world’s largest provider of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and utilizes their proprietary software to manage all aspects of the recruiting cycle. Shortened Hiring Cycle The PeopleScout process makes it easy for a person looking for a job to respond to a recruiting campaign. The Recruitment Response Center houses over 300 recruiters, and is open 16 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days a year. A recruiter will screen a new candidate with a client-specific pre-screen and then schedules qualified candidates for a face-to-face interview with a Staff Management | SMX recruiter. Within 24 hours of their phone call, the candidate can be sitting down with our recruiter for a behavioral interview. Additionally, PeopleScout.com captures interested candidates for whom a position is not available immediately for future campaigns. This precision recruitment process allows us to operate on a shortened hiring cycle. As a result, the hiring process, which can take several weeks for traditional temporary staffing providers, takes several days for Staff Management | SMX. Using PeopleScout.com we are able to monitor key statistics that allow us to understand hiring ratios and to track efficiencies of recruiting sources. This allows us to continuously improve our client-dedicated recruiting campaigns based on real time data in order to make our recruiting efforts even more effective. |
