Marcie Smith - Vice President of New Business Development

Marcie Smith is Vice President of New Business Development for Staff Management | SMX, a leading provider of sustainable temporary staffing and contingent workforce management solutions that provide best talent, drive compliance and yield tangible savings.

As the Vice President of New Business Development, Marcie leads the implementation of new staffing programs across a growing global footprint as well as the company’s Training and Talent Management departments. Since being named Vice President in 2008, the company has implemented a record number of new accounts and 100% of new account implementations have been completed on time or early.

During her tenure, Marcie has streamlined the new account implementation process, significantly reducing client’s risk of change and the speed to achieve program goals. Marcie is the Executive Sponsor of the company’s Innovation Program and leads the company’s internal SWOT analysis process to ensure that operational procedures are consistently followed across all sites and that client expectations are being met.

Prior to joining Staff Management in 1999, Marcie worked for a Fortune 500 staffing firm where she held various positions within operations and training. Marcie holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from the University of Mississippi.
