Loree Lynch is Vice President of Operations for Staff Management | SMX, a leading provider of sustainable temporary staffing and contingent workforce management solutions that provide best talent, drive compliance and yield tangible savings.

Loree is one of the founding partners of Staff Management and was instrumental in the creation of the company’s innovative business model. Today, Loree provides operational leadership for Staff Management’s global client base.

Loree is the Executive Sponsor of Staff Management’s Companywide Lean Assessment Process which delivers significant client cost savings and efficiencies through production and process optimization. Loree was instrumental in the development of Staff Management’s Clients for Life program which ensures mutuality in the company’s client partnerships and Loree leads the company’s Social Responsibility Initiative.

Loree was Staff Management’s first Foresight Award winner. Prior to founding Staff Management in 1988, Loree worked for a Chicago based staffing company and before that was in the fashion industry.
