Joan Davison - President & Chief Operating Officer
Joan Davison is the President and Chief Operating Officer for Staff Management | SMX, a leading provider of workforce management solutions that deliver best talent, drive compliance, yield tangible savings and build sustainable value. Joan is a board member of Staffing Solutions Holdings, Inc., the parent company for The Seaton Companies which include Staff Management | SMX, PeopleScout and StudentScout. In 2012, Joan won the American Business Award for Executive of the Year in the business services category. Her accomplishments have been featured in numerous publications including Womenetics, Profile and HRO Today Magazines. A Staff Management | SMX Foresight Award winner, Joan has been a featured speaker at key workforce management events and is a regular contributor to industry thought leadership. Prior to joining Staff Management | SMX in 1996, Joan spent 12 years in the relocation management industry where she held numerous positions including Vice President of Operations. Joan is a graduate of Saint Xavier University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management.
