Jerry Wimer is Vice President of Global Operations for Staff Management | SMX, a leading provider of sustainable temporary staffing and contingent workforce management solutions that provide best talent, drive compliance and yield tangible savings.

Jerry is responsible for Staff Management’s global staffing solutions and manages its Staffing Center of Excellence which supports client operations worldwide. Jerry leads Staff Management’s ongoing concentration on improving the candidate experience to continue to attract and retain best talent. He also spearheads performance based pricing strategy as part of the company’s overarching mission to provide its clients with sustainable value.

Jerry was instrumental in the establishment of the company’s Critical Behavior Inventory (CBI) process which has proven critical to driving operationally efficiency and success. Jerry is also an integral part of the company’s Lean Assessment Team and has participated in and led numerous Kaizen and Kanban events.

Jerry is a Six Sigma Green Belt, is both Lean and DFSS (Design for Six Sigma) Certified, and has completed extensive ISO compliance training. Jerry is a 2008 Foresight Award winner, a recipient of the Strategic Award for Operations, the award for People and Growth and numerous other awards. Prior to joining Staff Management in 1996, Jerry worked in operations management for Hyatt Hotels. Jerry has a Bachelor in Business Administration from James Madison University.
