A dedicated team of total logistics managers provides end-to-end implementation management for a seamless transition.New account implementations around the globe are supported by the Staff Management | SMX implementation team - we call them our Solutions Deployment Group (SDG). This team is unique in our industry and provides our clients with dedicated resources to ensure a smooth transition from current to future state. Our business model is repeatedly successful in new markets with aggressive implementation plans due in large part to our Solutions Deployment department, which is solely dedicated to the implementation of our new client programs.Dedicated SDG Resources What’s unique about this? Each new client roll-out is supported by a dedicated SDG Team configured to meet the scope and timeline of each specific roll-out. The team typically arrives on-site four-to-six weeks prior to the program go-live date. This is vastly different from traditional staffing providers, who may fly a corporate implementation manager in for a key meeting or if an issue arises, but leaves tactical execution to local resources that may have never before implemented a staffing program – let alone a complex staffing program. Each client-dedicated SDG Team consists of SDG Managers who are assigned specific tasks from a comprehensive Implementation Plan that is customized for each client, with an SDG Director overseeing the entire implementation process. The Implementation Plan is an interactive web-based tool that supports on-line collaboration. The SDG's expertise is in working quickly and efficiently as total logistics managers, and they have proven experience in managing complex account transitions. Our implementation methodology is based on a phased approach that is customized to accommodate each client’s culture and organizational structure in relation to change management. We establish a baseline implementation plan that covers all major tasks that need to be completed in order to achieve our client's established goals and objectives. |
