Chris Abbeduto - Vice President of Vendor Managed Services

Chris Abbeduto is the Vice President of Vendor Managed Services for Staff Management | SMX, a leading provider of sustainable temporary staffing and contingent workforce management solutions that provide best talent, drive compliance and yield tangible savings.

Chris leads Staff Management’s global Managed Service Provider Division and Supplier Management Department. During her tenure at Staff Management, the company has more than tripled its MSP throughput, created an enhanced suite of supplier management and consulting services and has migrated Staff Management clients to a global service delivery platform.

As a result of Chris’ leadership, Staff Management recently completed a rigorous audit of well over $200 Million in spend under management with an internationally acclaimed CPA and Management Consulting firm with an unprecedented certified accuracy rating of 99.991%. In addition to helping clients achieve their risk mitigation goals, Chris and team are highly focused on enabling Staff Management clients to achieve their minority supplier program goals - successfully helping clients increase their minority spend by more than five fold.

Chris is a 6 Sigma Green Belt and is certified in Total Quality Management (TQM). Prior to joining Staff Management in 2002, Chris was the Director of European Operations for a global DVD manufacturer. Chris has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Illinois and a Master of Arts degree in Management from Webster University in St. Louis.
