Anne Osty is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Staff Management | SMX, a leading provider of sustainable temporary staffing and contingent workforce management solutions that provide best talent, drive compliance and yield tangible savings.

Anne leads Staff Management’s worldwide sales and marketing initiatives and is responsible for both existing client expansion and strategic new client acquisition. Anne and her team leverage Staff Management’s Value Blueprint to support clients with realistic goal setting and strategic planning to achieve sustainable results for their contingent workforce management programs.

A three-time recipient of Staff Management's Strategic Award for Growth and a Foresight Award Winner, Anne is recognized for creating win-win client solutions that deliver on-going return on investment and for spearheading the development of the company’s gain share agreements.

Anne has more than 22 years of consulting and outsourcing sales experience. Prior to joining Staff Management in 1998, Anne worked for Accenture and led the creation of the administrative outsourcing solution division for a leading business products organization as the Director of Marketing. Anne has a Bachelor in Business Administration degree with a concentration in Marketing, from Loyola University of Chicago.
