1. Collection of Personal Information from Site Visitors
Seaton automatically collects and/or tracks (1) the home server domain names, e-mail addresses, type of client computer, and type of Web browser of visitors to Seaton's Web site, (2) the personal information visitors voluntarily provide, such as name, company, title, street address, telephone number, fax number and e-mail address; and (3) user-specific information on what pages visitors access. Seaton does not place Internet cookies on visitors' hard drives. Internet cookies save the visitor's name, password, user-name, shopping cart, stock portfolio, screen preferences, the pages of the Web site viewed by the visitor, and the advertisements viewed or clicked by the visitor. Internet cookies are stored on the visitor's hard drive and are not stored, in any form, by Seaton. Visitors may decline the Internet cookie by using the appropriate feature of their Web client software, if available.
2. Use of Personal Data Collected
Personal data collected by Seaton will be used by Seaton for editorial and feedback purposes, for marketing and promotional purposes, for a statistical analysis of users' behavior, for product development, for content improvement, and to customize content and layout of Seaton's site. Data on visitors' home servers is aggregated for internal review and then discarded. Names, postal and e-mail addresses, and phone numbers collected may be added to Seaton's databases and used for future calls and mailings regarding site updates, new products and services, upcoming events.
3. How does Seaton Protect Customer Information?
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Such measures include storing all data in a locked and guarded facility. Access to personal data is protected by passwords through the Seaton administration facilities.
4. Disclosure of Personal Data to Third Parties
Seaton will not obtain visitor's consent before posting collected data on Seaton's Web site, or sharing, renting, selling, or otherwise disclosing data to third parties. Any third party to which Seaton shares, rents, sells, or otherwise discloses personal data will be carefully pre-screened by Seaton, determined by Seaton to be reputable, and will use the personal data for marketing products and services which Seaton determines, in its sole judgment, that visitors might find of interest. Seaton will disclose to third parties only information knowingly and voluntarily disclosed by visitors.
5. Opt-Out Page
Visitors may opt out of having their personal information collected by Seaton, used by Seaton for secondary purposes, disclosed to third parties or used by Seaton or third parties to send promotional correspondences to the visitor, by contacting Seaton.
6. Access to and Ability to Correct Personal Data
Upon request via postal mail, e-mail, or phone, Seaton will provide to visitors a summary of any personal information retained by Seaton regarding the visitor. Visitors may modify, correct, change, or update their personal record or cause their personal record to be removed from Seaton's database. Seaton will only send personal records to the e-mail address on file for the visitor name associated with it.
7. Collection of Personal Data from Children
Seaton's Web site is not intended for or marketed to persons under the age of 18. Seaton does not collect or post information from children under the age of 13 ("children"). In the event that Seaton did collect or post information from children, it would not do so without their parent's or guardian's consent. Seaton does not and will not provide any personally identifying information collected from children, regardless of its source, to any third party for any purpose whatsoever. In the event a child submits information to Seaton's Web site, the child's parent or guardian will receive an e-mail alerting them to the child's registration and providing instructions on how the parent could delete the child's registration, if so desired. Children are not allowed to participate in contests. No information collected from children is used for any marketing or promotional purposes whatsoever, either inside or outside Seaton. Seaton encourages parents and guardians to spend time online with their children.

EU Privacy Policy
Seaton LLC and its operating subsidiaries (PeopleScout, StudentScout,
Staff Management | SMX) (“Seaton LLC”) receive personal information
(“PI”) associated with residents of the European Union (“EU”). This PI
may be received directly from individuals (in which Seaton LLC acts as a
“Data Collector”) or from third parties (in which Seaton LLC acts as a
“Data Processor”). Seaton LLC operates an information security program
that manages our compliance with the EU Safe Harbor’s Seven Principles (http://www.export.gov/safeharbor)
to protect that information. This Privacy Policy extends to PI
received by Seaton LLC’s US operations from any country in and out of
the European Union.
If an individual is not satisfied
with Seaton LLC’s processing of their PI, or is not satisfied with
Seaton LLC’s compliance with this Privacy Policy, they may request
arbitration with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) to resolve such

Seaton commits to resolve complaints about your privacy and our
