Tom Sheldon Vice President of Operations Since joining Staff Management in 1993 as an Account Manager, Tom has worked in various operational roles including Area Manager, Director of Operations, Director of New Business Development, and National Director of Operations. Tom was named Vice President in 2009.
Tom helped to develop Staff Management’s workplace violence prevention program in 2001 and continues as a member of the First Assessment Safety Team that conducts threat assessments and manages incident responses.
Prior to joining Staff Management, Tom was a production manager in a steel fabricating plant. Tom holds a B.A. from Bucknell University and an M.S. with a Human Resources concentration from West Chester University. He is SPHR certified and is a member of SHRM, the Project Management Institute, and the Organizational Development Network. He is also a volunteer with the Business Volunteers for the Arts in Philadelphia. |
