Pat Lach   Vice President of Operations

Pat joined Staff Management in February 1996 as a Senior Account Manager and has been promoted several times to her current position of Vice President of Operations. Pat oversees five Directors of Operations and 30 accounts representing more than $100 million in revenue.

Prior to her Staff Management experience Pat owned several spas for more than 10 years in Puerto Rico, which fine-tuned her customer service skills.

Pat holds a Bachelor's degree in Science and a Master's degree in Administration.
