Joan Davison   Chief Operating Officer

Joan Davison is the Chief Operating Officer for Staff Management, a leading provider of sustainable contingent workforce solutions that deliver best talent, drive compliance and yield tangible savings.

During her tenure at Staff Management, Joan has been responsible for the organization’s international expansion into Canada, Europe, Latin America and the Asia-Pacific Region. Through Joan’s leadership, Staff Management achieved charter membership in the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement IMAGE Program in 2007 and was ranked the # 1 MSP Provider in Breadth of Services Delivered and Size of Deals Under Management on HRO Today magazine’s MSP Provider Baker’s Dozen.

Joan has been a featured speaker at several key Contingent Workforce Management (CWM) events, is a regular contributor to industry publications and is a thought leader for the CWM space. Prior to joining Staff Management in 1996, Joan spent 12 years in the relocation management industry where she held numerous positions including Vice President of Operations. Joan is a graduate of Saint Xavier University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management.
