Marcie Smith Vice President of New Business Development Marcie Smith joined Staff Management in 1999 as a Senior Account Manager for a key client. In 2001, Marcie joined Staff Management’s New Business Development Department and was promoted to Director of New Business Development in 2004. Marcie was promoted to Senior Director of New Business Development in 2007 and was named Vice President in 2008.
As the Vice President of New Business Development, Marcie leads the implementation of new contingent workforce management programs across a growing global footprint. In her role Marcie manages Staff Management’s New Business Development Department and is the Executive Sponsor for the company’s Training and Talent Management Departments as well as Staff Management’s Innovation Program.
Prior to joining Staff Management, Marcie worked for a Fortune 500 staffing firm where she held various positions within operations and training. Marcie holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management.
