Claudia Roemer   Vice President of Infrastructure Development

Claudia joined Staff Management in June 1993 as an Account Director for the Franklin Mint and shortly thereafter was promoted to an Area Manager, and then Regional Director of Operations for the East Region. Claudia has been the recipient of numerous firm awards, including the Strategic Award for People, Strategic Award for Product, Strategic Award for Operations, and the Strategic Award for Growth. In 1999, she launched Staff Management’s Training Department, which designed and implemented a blended learning virtual corporate university called “Think.” Claudia currently oversees the firm's infrastructure in the areas of Training and Development, Centralized Services, HR/Recruiting, and Analysis.

Prior to Staff Management Claudia worked as a Franchise Regional Operations Manager for NutriSystem and before that, as a Product Manager for Ballagh and Thrall, Inc, an international trading firm.

Claudia is a graduate of Trinity College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and International Relations.
