Miles started Staff Management with a dedicated vendor-on-premise staffing model, an innovative idea that was ahead of its time. Staff Management operates no branch offices, instead it delivers efficient and responsive service through a centralized operating center, proprietary software and client embedded management teams. Twenty-two years later Staff Management remains unique in its exclusive approach to VOP staffing. Under Miles leadership the company has earned a solid reputation while achieving an organic compound annual growth rate of 25%.

In 1991 Miles and team launched PeopleScout, SeatonCorp’s recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) division. PeopleScout was ranked as the #1 provider of Large Deal Capabilities in HRO Today Magazine’s 2009 Baker’s Dozen. The firm has also been recognized as the #1 RPO Provider by The Black Book of Outsourcing on its “2008 Top Ten HRO: Recruitment Process Outsourcing/RPO” list.

Miles established SeatonIndia in 2003 to provide software, infrastructure, back office and call center services to its parent and operating divisions. SeatonCorp was one of the first staffing companies to build back office operations in India.

Recently, Miles has leveraged the company’s recruitment competencies in the education industry by forming StudentScout, a revolutionary approach to assisting post-secondary education companies more effectively enroll new students.
