Chicago, IL - Feb 20, 2008 SMX, a pioneer in high-volume, vendor-on-premise (VOP) customized, staffing solutions, is proud to announce that its field office in Hebron, KY received a Certificate of Appreciation from the Cincinnati Human Relations Commission (CHRC). The CHRC is an independent, non-profit agency that serves to unify individuals and groups to improve human relations in the greater Cincinnati area.
The award was presented to the local SMX recruiting team by the CHRC Commissioner in recognition of outstanding support for the greater Cincinnati area. Also in attendance were Mark Mallory, the Mayor of Cincinnati; former Ohio House of Representative William Mallory, who worked to create the CHRC; and the Cincinnati City Council. SMX provides clients with temporary labor to meet their seasonal staffing requirements as well as on-site service teams, including production and safety coaches, to assist with on-the-floor supervision.
SMX worked closely with the CHRC to interview clients for potential employment by SMX. Candidates who passed the interviews were hired by SMX to work at the client's facilities with daily transportation to and from work being provided by the CHRC.
This initiative provides the CHRC's clients the opportunity to gain meaningful employment, work experience and the ability for SMX to meet its clients' expectations.
