Solution Staff Management implemented Staff Flex, a part-time job-sharing staffing program, in the Packaging department to help minimize overtime costs; Staff Site, our full-time staffing program, for the Manufacturing department to work with the existing workforce; and developed a Blended Staffing Solution that offered a mix of full and part time labor in the Distribution department
