Charitable Contributions the Focus for Holiday Season 2009Staff Management Thanks Clients by Giving BackA Holiday Message from Joan Davison, Staff Management COO
Staff Management Friends and Family, This year, more than others, we at Staff Management feel fortunate for all that we have and to be able to enjoy this holiday season with our friends and families. We have all felt the severe effects of the economic crisis and high unemployment and know that there are others who are less fortunate and many who are going without. For many families facing this plight, there will be no beautiful decorations... no wrapped packages... no holiday meal shared with family and friends. In fact, for some there may be no meal at all. Therefore, in the holiday spirit of compassion and sharing, we have chosen to forgo our traditional holiday gift baskets and to instead use those funds for special charitable donations this holiday season. On behalf of our clients, Staff Management has donated 1,700 much needed meals to a food bank to ensure that our hungry neighbors have something to celebrate this holiday season. Also, to bring a little joy into the lives of some very deserving children, our Executive Team recently rebuilt and re-equipped a playground at a group foster home for kids. We hope that knowing that together we have helped in some small way will add a little extra zest to your own holiday celebration. Happy holidays to you and yours! Warmest Regards, Joan Davison |
